Could this be the new interface for IE 9 as ‘accidentally’ leaked by a Microsoft Russian website.
So what’s changed? Well the tabs and home/favorites have been moved across to the right hand side – there is far less clutter than previously in an attempt to simplify and make things more ‘Chrome-like’. What improvements there may be under the hood is the big unanswered question that will have to wait for formal details to find out, but overall the new look is pleasing.
