Another new Android tablet is rumoured to be launched this week at the IFA trade show. Along with the Samsung and Viewsonic this shows the market for Android tablets is really hotting up.

The Toshiba Folio 100 is more of a high end tablet and is expected to be priced slightly higher than the other models. It will have a Tegra 2 processor from Nvidia, designed for HD video support, and include an integrated web cam and HDMI out. The screen is 10″ which suggests Toshiba have possibly worked around the current Android resolution limitation of 800 x 480px.
