Viewsonic has today confirmed some details about it’s tablet due to be released at IFA this week. In the press release the company confirms some of the Viewpad 7 specs as:
- Capacitive touch-screen
- Front- and rear-facing cameras
- 3G for phone and data
- Full Sized SIM
- Micro-SD storage (up to 32GB)
- A-GPS
More details are available at the Viewsonic site, but the 7″ screen does appear to be running the current Android limited resolution of 800 x 480 resolution which may be limiting for a mobile computing device.
The press release says the Viewpad 7 will be launched with a price of “no more than £350 Inc Vat” with no confirmed availability as yet.
