Acer has announced 2 new tablets due for launch next April. A 10.1″ tablet and a 7″ tablet both running Android.

Although not made clear from the release, word from the Acer event is that both these new tablets will be running Android 3.0 Honeycomb which has been significantly enhanced for a touch input.
