Samsung is dropping the price of the Galaxy Tab by up to £200 just 2 weeks after its UK launch.
Carphone Warehouse originally had the Tab available at £529.99 but it is now priced at £489.99 (which includes an increase to 32GB storage) standalone, and less with connected contracts.
And Amazon UK started out with an eye watering price of £799.99 which has now reduced down to £469.99. These prices make the Galaxy Tab a cheaper proposition than the equivalent iPad model, but the price drops questions how well the Tab is selling after release.
