Vodafone have launched the Motorola Defy a rugged Android phone that is scratch, dust and water resistant. Handy for anyone who works outdoors or in environment where their phone needs to be able to withstand a more robust lifestyle the phone measures 59 x 107 x 13.4 mm and weighs 118g, comes with Android 2.1 (Vodafone have no date on a 2.2 update at the moment) and MotoBlur UI interface found on other Motorola devices. It has all the usual other features including GPS, capacitive screen,3G, FM Radio and a 5 mega-pixal camera.
The Defy is available for FREE on £25/month for 24 month contracts, or £99 at £20/month for 24 months.
