One of the biggest sticks people are hitting Windows Phone 7 with is the lack of copy and paste functionality, however that might be about to change in January if the comment by Arpan Shah, a Director at Microsoft is correct.
“Critics have commented on the lack of specific features like copy & paste and lack of 100s of thousands of applications. And while both are true, copy & paste will be available as an update in a matter of weeks (early 2011) and as for applications, it’s just a matter of time.”
Delivered as part of a rumoured January WP7 update it would come along with other features such as task-manager/hub mutlti-tasking, turn-by-turn directions, clipboard and Skydrive/OWA support.
