After the initial rumours, and the leaked videos, Engadget have finally got some hands on time with the Playstation Phone – the Xperia Play. Ahead of the expected MWC announcement they have a play with a pre-release version and confirms that the Xperia Play has a 4-inch multitouch 854 x 480 LCD, a single-core processor inside that clocks from 122.88MHz to 1GHz, Adreno 205 GPU, 512MB RAM and 1500mAh battery. On the pre-release version theywere unable to get WiFi/Bluetooth working, however they feel this is most likely a driver issue.
