The Swedish postal service is planning to ditch traditional stamps in favour of paying for their postage by text message. The service will work for letters and parcels weighing up to two kilograms, and after sending the text message you will receive a unique code back which you write on the item and will serve as proof of payment.
There is no specific date set for the introduction yet, but a similar service in Denmark is set to launch on April 1st, a date which is sure to have many people convinced its a hoax!
