HTC have announced via their Facebook page that the original HTC Desire will not be getting the gingerbread 2.3 upgrade of Android OS. Citing that they have been “forced to accept there isn’t enough memory” as the reason, the announcement hasn’t gone down well with fans with a litany of comments ranging from “ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC” to “probably loose my future business” [sic] as owners of the Desire make their feelings known. Listen up HTC you’re losing customers…
