We’ve covered the Powermat range of products before, and recently reviewed their iPhone4 charging system which we loved.
Now they have extended their range of products with the release of a wireless charging receiver for the Blackberry Torch. Unlike the iPhone system which requires an entire case due to the lack of a user accessible battery, the Blackberry Torch receiver is a new backplate for the phone itself meaning there is no additional size of weight added to the phone.
The Torch charging kit also contains an ultra-slim Powermat 1X charging mat allowing you to simply place your phone on the mat for it to start charging.
The new Wireless Charging System for BlackBerry Torch will be available from Carphone Warehouse, Amazon.co.uk, Phones 4U and Dixons from mid July and will cost you £39.99.
