At Tech Ed New Zealand last week Microsoft confirmed that the Mango updated handsets on Windows Phone will have front facing cameras, and that they will support Skype usage. Skype is one of the few serious video chat competitors to Apple Facetime and with Microsoft’s Skype acquisition back in June its good to see them implementing support quickly into their product lines. Its likely we’ll also see Skype as one of the embedded applications on the Mango build update as Microsoft pushes its integration.
