Google have announced Chrome for Android Beta, available for ICS devices Chrome for Android will focus on ‘speed and simplicity’ but also features full synchronisation with the desktop version for bookmarks and tabs when linked to your Google ID. No word on whether sign in details like site usernames and passwords will also be sync’d across from the desktop version, this would make it extremely powerful but by its omission from the details I suspect they won’t be.

Chrome is now available in Beta from Android Market, in select countries and languages forphones and tablets with Android 4.0, Ice Cream Sandwich.
