Images of the next Windows Phone update Tango were revealed yesterday showing off some of the new features that will be made available.
The images suggest that the company will be dropping the minimum hardware requirements of Windows Phone handsets down to 256MB of RAM and the camera requirements down to just 3 megapixels which lines up with rumours that Tango devices will be aimed more at emerging markets and making the Windows Phone platform more accessible.
Some Apps won’t be able to run with this lower hardware spec, and and update to the Marketplace will warn users if an App they are trying to download isn’t compatible.
