The Xperia P is a aluminium-finished smartphone with a 4” reality display running at 540 x 960 pixels with WhiteMagic™ technology to improve results in bright sunlight, all driven by a a 1GHz dual-core processor. It measures 122 x 59.5 x 10.5 mm and weighs a comfortable 120g.
On the back is a 8 megapixel HD camera with Exmor R™ sensor, it supports NFC for contactless payments and services, and has 16GB of on board storage.
Unfortunately it the phone will ship with Android 2.3 with a planned 4.0 ICS upgrade in the works, which is very poor for a July 2012 handset. Come on Sony!
