VOXI by Vodafone has today announced that all new and existing customers will be offered superfast 5G as standard and at no extra cost. This means that every customer will be able to download and stream up to ten times faster – even when in busy places.
What is VOXI?
Customers can enjoy them contract-free, putting you in control of your spending, with no surprises. In November 2020, VOXI was the first UK operator to launch a plan to help those who had become unemployed as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, to stay connected. The plan, called VOXI for Now, is available until 31 October 2021 and gives unlimited mobile data, minutes and texts for just £10 a month to anyone (not just the under 25s) currently claiming Jobseeker’s Allowance, Employment and Support Allowance or employment-based Universal Credit.
The six-month plan offers no fuss, no need for a credit check and no contract to sign.
VOXI by Vodafone Adds 5G
In addition, for a limited time only, customers can claim even more data with VOXI’s best ever deal. This includes 15GB data for just £10 a month, which also gives you endless data to scroll through Facebook & Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Snapchat and Twitter. Or, a 20GB data plan for £15 a month, with endless data for social and endless data to stream unlimited content on TikTok, YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, My5, TVPlayer and UKTV Play. The offers both come with unlimited calls and texts, free roaming in 48 European destinations and 5G at no extra cost.
>> VOXI plans are available to buy online and in Vodafone stores, until 29July 2021.
As VOXI is powered by Vodafone’s award-winning mobile network, 5G on VOXI is available in 340 places across Europe (100 UK locations and 240 locations across Germany, Spain, Italy and Ireland) – more places than any other operator.
5G on Vodafone in the UK is continuing to rollout, coverage is still quite limited at around “100 UK towns & cities” currently, but new locations are being added all the time. It also has the lowest number of key cities covered compared to other networks. Although 5G has been launched in the towns and cities listed it does not mean that town or city has blanket 5G coverage across it.
